Block reservations at reduced rates have been arranged at a number of hotels situated in downtown Heraklion. The booking process will be carried out through the official Travel Agent of the Conference, KATREA TRAVEL (c/o Ms Rena Minadaki Tel +30 2810281749, Fax +30 2810 281779, e-mail conference@katrea.gr). Please download and fill the appropriate Accommodation Form. To download the form, please click here. Then send it to the Travel Agent for the booking process. The cancellation policy is mentioned in the accommodation form.
Please note that due to the fact that the Conference will be held during the high season for Cretan tourism, it is important that you make the necessary accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. The reduced rates for the rooms at the Conference hotels are guaranteed until March 31, 2007.
