A credit card guarantee (most major credit cards are acceptable) OR one-night deposit (check or money order) will be required. The cutoff date is August 15, 2005. At thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date of the group, August 15, 2005, the resort will cancel all reservations without credit card guarantee or deposit. Reservation requests received after the 30-day cutoff date will be confirmed at the group rate on the space available basis only. Deposit will be refunded if reservations are canceled and notice received by the resort SEVENTY TWO (72) hours prior to arrival date. Check in time is 3:00 p.m./Check out time is 11:00 a.m. |
